When Ngane my daughter was 9 years old, she took part in the 2016 Global March for Elephants & Rhinos. She stood with thousands of people to deliver a message to the Prime Minister, Theresa May. “Please, Madam Prime Minister, stop the ivory trade because only elephants should wear ivory.” Two years later, the Ivory Act 2018 took effect.
