From Grumbles to Gratitude – Matthew 20:1-16

Have you ever found yourself shouting, “That is not fair!”?
Whether someone else got the bigger slice of cake or hopped on the swing you were waiting for, we often want everything to be strictly even. In the Parable of the Workers in the Vineyard (Matthew 20:1–16), the labourers who toiled all day in the scorching sun felt the exact same way when the last-hour workers received the same wage.

Jesus shows us that God doesn’t think like a calculator or dish out love with a ruler. He isn’t being unfair when He chooses to be extraordinarily generous.

Join us this week as we learn how to replace envy with joy, celebrate other people’s blessings, and trust that God’s grace never runs out.
